Reductio ad Absurdum

When I approach my letter box, it is always with eager anticipation.  Great cosmic forces are at work and until I lift the lid, who knows in which alternate universe I shall find myself?   It is exciting to realise that the presence of mail within the box depends absolutely entirely on the quantum state of the Katanning postman (been/not been). According to Schrödinger, the implication is the mail remains both delivered and undelivered (according to the universe outside the mailbox) until the mailbox is opened.

Such scientific anticipation each day….

About Uisce úr

Though I am old with wandering Through hollow lands and hilly lands, I will find out where she has gone, And kiss her lips and take her hands; And walk among long dappled grass, And pluck till time and times are done, The silver apples of the moon, The golden apples of the sun.
