    Yep. It is a quote. Note I addressed it to trolls who act contemptuously…

    Surely contempt might be felt by anyone for contemptuous actions or utterances?
    And of course we are not entirely responsible for our own feelings.
    For acting upon them yes,but attitudes and beliefs imparted before a certain age do hard-wire the brain to react in the trained manner.
