I surf the web and notice that others are commenting with greater insight, more meaningfully, better facts and deeper commitment than I can muster.
That leaves me to concentrate on my own problems, the first of which is to get my blood pressure down. Fortunately, that is happening and I am now back to normal (for me). Probably the best I can expect in present circumstances. The second item on the agenda is to sort out this knee. That is going to take a visit to an orthopaedic specialist. Arranged. A week from now. I thought a GP could lance it and prescribe some more antibiotics, but no. A specialist it must be.
So the one remaining disturbing item I found on the internet was this piece about a Korean otaku who has married a pillow printed with a Japanese anime character (female of course -he is not gay).
What concerns me about this is not that he is weird enough to do such a publically, embarrassingly nerdy thing, but whetherthe pillow consented. Or was she trapped in a
loveless arranged marriage no different from domestic slavery and sexual
bondage? And how old is she anyway? Could this be some form of
