When I bought it, I bought two cans. The second has been sitting in the pantry languishing.I hate wasting
anything especially if I have paid for it, but I was not particularly
inclined to eat the canned stuff as it was. I made some dahl the other day, and had no cauliflower or broccoli, or indeed any green veges to blend into it. Then I remembered the palusami. It occurred to me that it might be fine in the dahl. Indeed it was. Most delicious. The only negative aspect is that once blended into the dhal, the colour was about the most unattractive hue that food can be. Cowpat green. It tastes really good, but best to eat in dim light.
